Menold Bezler advised Prom12 Capital Fund I GmbH & Co. KG from Munich on the indirect acquisition of shares in List + Lohr, a provider of managed IT services based in Hanover.

Since 1996, List + Lohr GmbH has provided comprehensive IT services in the areas of DATEV, digitalisation, Microsoft 365, data protection and IT security for medium-sized customers. List + Lohr Datenschutz und Informationssicherheit GmbH, which was spun off in 2018, provides support in the area of data protection. The entire List + Lohr team consists of around 90 specialists.

The entrepreneur-led investment company PROM12 invests in SMEs in the areas of IT, IT services and digital transformation in German-speaking countries. The ploon.it group, founded together with the management of List + Lohr, aims to unite leading IT service providers in a supra-regional group.
