Menold Bezler advises on the sale of TS Quadrat to MHC Group

Menold Bezler has advised the shareholder of TS Quadrat GmbH, based in Walzbachtal, on the sale of all shares to the MHC Group from Germersheim. The integration took place with effect from 1 September 2023.

In addition to traditional solutions in the field of general cargo handling, the special-purpose machinery manufacturer TS Quadrat also supplies equipment and systems for the safe treatment of nuclear waste. Since April 2019, managing partner Tobias Schreiber has managed the conveyor and nuclear technology divisions, which were previously part of Liese GmbH, under the name TS Quadrat.

With over 500 employees, the owner-managed MHC Group offers consulting, planning, design, construction and service of process engineering plants in a wide range of industries throughout Germany.
