Hemkemeier und Awad Holding GmbH acquires Kneissl Messtechnik GmbH after intensive and trustful negotiations with the founder and owner Georg Kneißl together with Dr KUGLER Holding GmbH.

Hemkemeier und Awad Holding GmbH is the private holding company of Jan Hemkemeier and Adrian Awad. The two shareholders and managing directors specialise in the digitalisation and automation of business processes.

Kneissl Messtechnik GmbH, based in Leonberg, Germany, provides calibration services for profile projectors and measuring microscopes from all major manufacturers.

Menold Bezler advised Hemkemeier and Awad Holding GmbH on the legal and tax aspects of the acquisition.
