Successful sale of MIKU Fliesen- und Natursteinhandel out of insolvency

Sebastian Mielke, as insolvency administrator of MIKU Fliesen- und Natursteinhandel GmbH, has sold the business operations retroactively to 1 May 2023 to MIKU CUT GmbH, a subsidiary of Fliesen Röhlich GmbH by way of an asset deal.

The family business, which was founded around 20 years ago, manufactures stairs, window sills, floor coverings, washstands, kitchen worktops and wall cladding made of natural stone. Through the takeover, the location in Schwäbisch Hall can be continued and all jobs will be retained.

Insolvency proceedings were opened for MIKU on 1 May 2023. The Heilbronn District Court appointed Sebastian Mielke as insolvency administrator, who had already been acting as provisional administrator since the end of February 2023.
