Menold Bezler advises on the majority sale of TLT to inTime

Menold Bezler advised the shareholders of Trans-Logo-Tech (TLT) GmbH, based in Markgröningen, Germany, on the sale of the majority of their shares to the inTime Group, based in Isernhagen, Germany. The merger has already been cleared by the German Federal Cartel Office.

TLT is a supply chain service provider that covers the entire value chain. As a Fifth Party Logistics Service Provider (5PL), TLT combines the core competencies of organizational consulting and support, material flow planning and logistics as well as production and development/engineering.

Founded in 1987, inTime is one of the European market leaders for courier services and logistics solutions. With 600 employees and around 1,500 vehicles, inTime is represented at eleven locations in Germany and 24 locations in Europe. InTime is majority owned by the South African Super Group.
