Menold Bezler advises Instone on purchase of a building site through a Joint Venture

Menold Bezler advised the project developer Instone Real Estate on the acquisition of a property in Stuttgart's Europaviertel in a joint venture with Büschl Unternehmensgruppe. The advice also included the establishment of the project company Twelve GmbH & Co. KG, through which the purchase from DB Netz AG took place.

On the 10,265 m² building plot, known as Baufeld 12, a mixed-use quarter with up to 400 apartments and commercial space is to be built. The construction of the urban quarter will start after the completion of the new Stuttgart main station.

Menold Bezler advised Instone on the corporate, antitrust and tax law aspects of establishing the project company and provided real estate law support for the purchase of the land. Instone regularly trusts the firm on real estate law issues, most recently on the sale of a residential project to HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG.
