LBG rents out city areas in the "Fehrle-Gärten" with Menold Bezler

Menold Bezler advised Landes-Bau-Genossenschaft Württemberg eG (LBG) on the conclusion of various commercial leases for the project development residential quarter "Fehrle-Gärten" in Schwäbisch Gmünd.

The construction project on the former site of the Fehrle nursery comprises a total of 147 rental apartments for all generations as well as various service areas such as a medical center, a daycare center for children, a neighborhood café and a mobile social service. The individual residential use is supplemented by special forms of living such as a senior citizens' flat-sharing community and apartments for people with disabilities.

The project was selected for the "Network of the International Building Exhibition 2027 StadtRegion Stuttgart" (IBA'27 Network). The IBA'27 network brings together projects that ambitiously address the future of building, living and working in the Stuttgart region.

Menold Bezler advised LBG over a period of nine months on the drafting of the various commercial leases for the individual service spaces in the quarter. The quarter is currently still under construction. A handover of the individual units is expected for fall 2023.
