Menold Bezler advises Zweygart Fachhandelsgruppe on the sale of the logistics center in Ehningen

Menold Bezler advised Zweygart Fachhandelsgruppe GmbH & Co. KG on the sale and leaseback of its logistics center in Ehningen.

The purchaser of the approximately 1.3-hectare site at Hintere Burgwiesen 2 is the municipality of Ehningen, which plans to develop residential housing on the property.

Zweygart Group is already planning a new logistics center at its Gärtringen location. Until completion of the new facility—targeted for mid-2028—the group will remain a tenant at the logistics center in Ehningen.

Zweygart is a specialist wholesaler in tools and hardware, headquartered in Gärtringen near Stuttgart, with seven additional locations. With more than 100 field sales representatives, the company serves the regions of Baden-Württemberg, Saarland, Bavaria, North Rhine-Westphalia, and Hesse.

The transaction was brokered by Kreissparkasse Böblingen, Investment Commercial Real Estate division.
