Menold Bezler advises the H2Stamping Group on the sale of Karl-Heinz Müller GmbH & Co. KG to the RAG Group

Menold Bezler advised the H2Stamping Group (formerly the Härter Group), a manufacturer specializing in stamping and plastic composite technologies, on the sale of Karl-Heinz Müller GmbH & Co. KG to the Austrian RAG Group.

Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Balingen-Engstlatt, Baden-Württemberg, Karl-Heinz Müller GmbH & Co. KG develops and manufactures injection moulding tools for the mobility, medical technology and electrical engineering sectors.

The H2Stamping Group manufactures and distributes products in the fields of stamping technology, toolmaking and plastic composite technology. Originally founded in 1964 as Härter Werkzeugbau and headquartered in Königsbach-Stein, Baden-Württemberg, the group employs around 750 people worldwide. It comprises H2Stamping Germany GmbH, H2Stamping Tools GmbH, Karl-Heinz Müller GmbH & Co. KG and several international subsidiaries, with production sites in Germany, the United States, Mexico, Poland and China.

The RAG Group, an Austrian industrial holding company with interests including Ring Alliance Ringbuchtechnik GmbH, based in Vienna, is acquiring Karl-Heinz Müller GmbH & Co. KG together with the company's existing management team.
