Menold Bezler advises Habona Invest on the acquisition of a local convenience retail property in the tri-border region

Menold Bezler has advised Frankfurt-based Habona Invest Group on the acquisition of a local convenience retail market in Heitersheim (Baden-Württemberg) from a private investor. The total investment volume amounts to approximately EUR 5.5 million.
Habona is acquiring the property, which is leased long-term to REWE, for its open-ended special real estate fund “Habona Deutsche Nahversorger 02 (Inst.)”, launched in cooperation with Deka. The convenience retail market in the tri-border region comprises a rental space of around 1,519 sqm and serves a catchment area of about 14,000 people. With this acquisition, the fund’s portfolio grows to a total of 29 properties.
