Reorganisation and Restructuring

Menold Bezler develops commercially viable solutions for companies in crisis, to ensure their continued existence. If necessary, we design and manage the rehabilitation of companies under self-management in the course of traditional insolvency proceedings as a “full-service provider”. An interdisciplinary team of experienced restructuring experts, lawyers and business managers support the company throughout the entire reorganisation process. Our insolvency administrators are also able to assume the position of the CRO on the management board. In the context of complex reorganisation cases, we can call on specialists from all areas of financial law, in particular labour law, banking law and corporate law. Among other things, our economists create liquidity plans and going concern forecasts or handle restructuring controlling. In addition, Menold Bezler also develops crisis prevention and crisis detection concepts outside of reorganisation situations.

HOW CAN WE BE OF ASSISTANCE?

We offer companies in crisis holistic, interdisciplinary rehabilitation and preventative advice from a single source. As a business law firm with approximately 90 professionals, we also have the capacity to handle highly complex cases.
