Menold Bezler advises Goldfunk on the sale of Goldfunk Sicherheitstechnik to Prosero Security
Menold Bezler advised Goldfunk GmbH on the sale of its subsidiary Goldfunk Sicherheitstechnik to security provider Prosero Security Group.
Based in Erfurt, Goldfunk GmbH is a group of companies with more than 30 years of experience in the fields of telematics, security technology and radio communications. Goldfunk Sicherheitstechnik has developed from a small specialist retailer for radio technology into a leading provider of highly specialised security systems with a nationwide presence in Germany. Together with their teams, founders Jürgen Stein and Michael Ackert will continue to manage Goldfunk Sicherheitstechnik.
Prosero Security was founded in 2017 by eight leading security companies in Sweden and Norway. The company is headquartered in Stockholm.
