Menold Bezler advises CISEG on the acquisition of a majority stake in Deppe & Stücker
Menold Bezler advised the Austrian CIS Equipment Group (CISEG) on the acquisition of a majority stake in Deppe & Stücker GmbH. As part of the transaction, CISEG will acquire 51 percent of the shares in the German John Deere dealer.
The transaction is expected to be completed on 1 November 2026. The existing shareholders of Deppe & Stücker will remain with the company.
Headquartered in Vienna, CISEG is an international provider of products for the agricultural, road construction and mining sectors and a long-standing John Deere partner. With around 550 employees, the company serves customers in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and other markets in Central Asia.
Deppe & Stücker GmbH is a trading company based in Bad Lauterberg specialising in the distribution of John Deere agricultural machinery. Deppe & Stücker employs more than 300 people across 14 locations in North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony, Thuringia and Saxony-Anhalt.
