Menold Bezler advises TransnetBW on Joint Venture with MHP

Menold Bezler has advised Stuttgart-based transmission grid operator TransnetBW GmbH on the establishment of a Joint Venture with MHP Management- und IT-Beratung GmbH of Ludwigsburg. The partners each hold 50 percent.

The Joint Venture operating as “Intelligent Energy System Services” with its registered offices in Ludwigsburg will initially have 23 employees. The partnership is a continuation of the cooperation between the partners that has been underway since 2019 and aims to support companies and organisations transitioning to new sources of energy and mobility technologies.

TransnetBW, a subsidiary of EnBW, operates the electricity transmission grid in Baden-Württemberg and ensures the energy supply for around eleven million people. MHP, a subsidiary of Porsche AG, combines IT and technology expertise with management and industry know-how.

Menold Bezler advised TransnetBW on the corporate law and competition law aspects of the cooperation.
